Wandering... and replies

Nothing too special, nothing too serious, just a few photos taken when wandering around where I live.

The days are becoming cooler so I'm returning to painting and therefore not spending as much time here.
I am intending to put my energies into painting and creating whenever possible this year.
I'm enjoying reading the 'Artist's Way' by Julia Cameron again, to help me let my artistic energy flow more freely.

Replies... I now know how to reply to comments with ease and intend to do that here on the comments page from now on.  Thank you blogger for introducing this feature and to Lori for making me aware of it.
If this is of interest to you, just ask and I'll let you know how to do it too.
Take care and enjoy your week.

well so much for my reply button...  it's not working for me at the moment, so I'm returning to my old comment format until such time I can figure how to get it to work on my blog...
Sorry for misleading you...
Cheers...

Summer love...

Hanging out in undies behind closed doors with curtains and blinds drawn, waiting for the
Fremantle Doctor ...

Outside the grass is yellow, a bit like straw and crunchy under feet like sundried leaves.
The pavement is blistering hot.
During endless days of intense heat the odd cloud appears to bring relief from the glare.
Silver green leaves dot the native trees that survive with little to no water for months on end.
Weeds thrive, gardens don't.
